This course focuses on the analysis, integration, and design of socio-technical systems. Key areas include:
- User Experience (UX) and interface design principles.
- Contextual considerations for e-health, e-business, and e-government platforms.
- System Modelling and understanding organizational computing contexts.
As a Teaching Assistant, I facilitate tutorials and labs, helping students understand the principles of socio-technical systems and guiding them through the process of designing complete application systems.
